The Society is made up of industrial relations professionals — academics, union officials, students, lawyers, advocates and consultants. They come from private practice, government, unions, employer organisations and private companies.
Membership of the IRS includes a subscription to the highly regarded
Journal of Industrial Relations, regular newsletters and access to a program of educational and social events.
