2023 Unfair Dismissal Moot

Are you planning a visit to Canberra this October and would like to incorporate an evening of professional learning and networking with others in the industry? If so, ALERA ACT invite you to join them at their 2023 Unfair Dismissal Moot on Wednesday, 11 October at 6pm (AEDT).

The moot is generously hosted by the Fair Work Commission, and Deputy President Dean will preside over the unfair dismissal moot.

If you are not able to attend in person, the moot will also be available to attend online via Teams.  If attending online, a link will be emailed to registrants.
