IRSQ 2025 Annual General Meeting & Christmas Function

On Thursday 4 December 2025, the Industrial Relations Society of Queensland (‘the Society’) will be holding the combined Annual General Meeting and Christmas Function.

Commencing at 5:00pm, the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, Level 21, Central Plaza 2, 66 Eagle St, Brisbane City with Christmas drinks to be held directly after at Aquila, 82 Eagle Street, Brisbane City.

A special resolution will be made at the Annual General Meeting to make a series of amendments to the constitution.

Enclosed are the following:

• Annual General Meeting Notice setting out the business to be conducted;
• Proxy Form that we request any member not able to attend the Annual General Meeting to complete and return to the email address below;
• Nominations Notice setting out the Management Committee positions that will be vacated to which nominations are sought;
• Notice of Special resolution setting out the special resolution to be tabled at the IRSQ 2025 Annual General Meeting; and
• Life member nomination should any member wish to nominate a life member for consideration.
